Every check of Metronet is blocked by bot protection, so we have no response times or uptime to show. We would rather say so than guess.
The status at the top of this page is refreshed every time we check Metronet. It says whether Metronet is up, slow or down, and whether many people are reporting problems.
Look at the reports on this page. We check Metronet's website, which can stay up while service in one area is down, so a green status does not prove your connection works. If many people report problems at the same time, or the map shows your city, the outage is wider than your home. Otherwise restart your modem and router, try another device, and try mobile data.
Metronet blocks automated requests, so we cannot check www.metronet.com ourselves. For Metronet we rely on reports from people: when many of them report problems in a short time, far more than usual, we mark an outage that comes from their reports alone.
Yes. When people report problems with Metronet, the user reports section of this page shows the cities they report from. A city appears once at least 3 people reported from it in the last 24 hours, and positions are approximate. With no reports, the map stays empty.
Press “I have a problem” at the top of this page and choose what is wrong. It takes a few seconds, needs no account, and each person can report once every 10 minutes.
